Yes, most of our settings are available in 14K or 18K White Gold, Yellow Gold, Rose Gold, and Platinum. You can select your preferred metal directly on the product page.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct ring size?
We recommend visiting a local jeweler for a professional measurement or using our online size guide. If the ring doesn't fit perfectly, we offer one complimentary resizing within the first 60 days of purchase for most standard settings.
How long does it take to ship my custom setting?
Since each setting is made to order to ensure the highest quality, production typically takes 2-3 weeks. Once completed, your order is shipped via insured overnight delivery with a required signature.
What is your return policy for engagement settings?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard settings in their original, unworn condition. Please note that highly customized or engraved pieces may be subject to a restocking fee or may be final sale.
